The Job
We are seeking a highly respected Vice President of Growth to lead our Australian growth strategy and drive long-term value across portfolios of residential solar clients.
This is a senior sales and commercial leadership role in the Australian arm of our business, offering genuine executive influence over strategy, partnerships, product alignment, and portfolio based growth. You will be accountable for winning, retaining, and expanding residential client portfolios, supported by selective commercial opportunities. You will lead a small, high performing team across Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, while remaining hands-on in complex deal strategy and execution.
Working closely with Product, Finance, and Operations, you will help shape market leading solutions that deliver sustainable growth and long term customer value. This is an opportunity to shape national growth strategy while remaining close to customers and the market. You will have executive autonomy, strong cross-functional support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Australia’s renewable energy transition.
