The Veterinary Sales Manager will have the main mission of developing the veterinary business in Spain, with a focus on bee health, in accordance with the company's commercial strategy. This includes launching new RNA-based products and technologies into the segment, such as innovative treatments for varroa mite control. Position location shall be within Spain (preferably near the Agricultural Research Station in Seville). Travel will be up to 50% of the time, including international travel to the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

· Help to develop and implement the go-to-market strategy in the bee health segment for new RNA-based varroa mite control technologies, such as Norroa or vadescana.

· Negotiate offers and contracts with key accounts, including distributors, beekeepers, and veterinary professionals.

· Achieve annual budget goals through sales to new customers and growth with existing customers.

· Plan and implement product training with end-users, key accounts, and stakeholders in the veterinary and beekeeping sectors.

· Increase company and product awareness by engaging with associations, key opinion leaders, and actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

· Report market trends, customers' requests, and propose product improvements, as well as ideas for new products and services.

· Develop relationships and collaborations with distributors, supporting them in their promotional and sales efforts.

· Build and maintain relationships with key beekeeping associations, veterinary institutions, and regulatory bodies in Spain.

· Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to strategic planning for expanding GreenLight's veterinary portfolio in the region.

Education and Experience:

· 5-10 years' experience in a sales or marketing role within the veterinary or animal health industry, preferably with a focus on bee health or biopesticides.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Biology, or Business.

· Strong knowledge of beekeeping practices, the bee health industry, distribution channels, value chains, and relevant subsidy or regulatory systems in Spain and the EU.

· Experience in sales or product management of varroa mite control solutions or RNA-based technologies strongly preferred.

· Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages (e.g., French or Italian) are a plus.

· Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building stakeholder relationships in a technical or scientific field.

 

Salary Range: 100,00-140,000 Euro
