The University Relations Recruitment Manager will help Archer expand their presence across various universities within the US. This newly created role is part of the recruitment team and works alongside other recruiters and the greater people team to develop a high-touch, best in class experience for soon to be and new grads. The ideal person has a growth mindset and has a proven track record of being able to execute in a hyper-growth environment. The ideal candidate has successfully managed full life cycle recruitment and executed  college recruitment strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and build Archer’s University Relations Program through building and maintaining relationships with strategic university partners and their subsidiary programs to drive a robust and diverse talent pool 
  • Manages all aspects of recruiting events including career fairs, campus visits, and info sessions, from planning to execution
  • Schedules and conducts recruiting events at key colleges and universities
  • Measures progress consistently; adjusting as needed while making data driven decisions
  • Works  closely with various stakeholder teams to create an exceptional interview process and experience from start to finish 
  • Attract, source, and evaluates prospective candidates through the On Campus Recruiting process
  • Manages, plans, and supports any logistics needed to  ensure Archer’s brand standards are met; including maintaining the hiring event kits for various events
  • Plans and manages the campus recruitment calendar to align with various recruitment related efforts

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of university recruiting experience in a hyper-growth environment; including building and managing a  university program
  • Willing to travel as needed to stand up the program on a national level 
  • Proven track record of curating best in class candidate experiences 
  • Innovative in approach on how to identify and attract early in career talent 
  • Can influence, negotiate, and close early career talent 
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Established relationships with various universities and career service contacts
  • Experience with Handshake to manage and promote Archer

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $108,000 - $135,000  Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
