Einride is seeking a dynamic Transport Hardware Specialist to take charge of a targeted sales territory. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, servicing, and maintaining new and existing accounts for our range of new and used trailers, as well as other cutting-edge products within the trucking industry.

As a Transport Hardware Specialist, you will develop, service, and maintain both new and existing accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction. You'll leverage your knowledge of heavy-duty transportation equipment to drive sales and meet performance targets. Overseeing the configuration and deployment of new and used tractors, trailers, and bodies for rigid trucks will be a key part of your role, ensuring seamless customer experiences. You will coordinate all aspects of the deployment process to guarantee that our customers are fully satisfied with their Einride experience.

This position is based in Stockholm. We recommend you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.

During July and August response time will be longer and processes will to some extent be on hold for a few weeks due to vacation season in Sweden. You can expect for us to get back to you on your application in August.

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain Einride standard truck and trailer specification, as well as set customized specification for special orders (both trailer and bodies).
  • Identify potential suppliers together with Procurement and develop relationships with vendors for lead recognition.
  • With Product Manager, develop deployment initiatives (goals). Review and update initiatives with sales management on a recurring basis.
  • Work closely with the Solution development team and Sales team to understand our customers' needs and requirements on transportation, and translate those into orders.
  • Identify and profile target accounts and execute a plan to develop them as a customer/partner.
  • Review Einride sales pipeline to create forecast for standard products for suppliers
  • Research all customers as to their buying habits, their specific needs, pricing criterion and potential forecast on non-standard needs.
  • Support Operation and Deployment team with delivery and start up of new products.

  • As part of your job tasks, you will confirm with the Solution Development, Operation, and Deployment teams that the specifications are correct before placing an order. You will provide these teams with technical knowledge on suitable and cost-effective transport solutions, identify synergies between customer cases in a region, and participate in site visits when needed. Additionally, you will ensure support is in place for products in operation, develop supporting processes, and stay updated on new technologies, product advancements, specifications, and industry changes. You'll perform supplier and factory visits as necessary, manage and track all orders, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage and track fleet and inventory, and attend and participate in European trade shows.
