Natron Energy is seeking a Test Equipment Manager to support the development and test of our high-power battery systems for data center UPS and EV charging applications. The occupant of this position will work with the Product Engineering and Reliability teams to acquire, maintain, and calibrate test equipment and lab tools, among other duties.
This position requires extensive hands-on work and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude to get the job done. Position level and compensation commensurate with experience and background.

Understand equipment and tool requirements from Reliability and Test Engineers, procure the necessary items, and ensure their correct installationCoordinate with Test Coordinator on the acquisition and maintenance of test and measurement equipment, fixtures, and chambersCalibrate and maintain Reliability Engineering equipment such as test fixtures, data loggers, and test chambersGenerate standard operating procedures for the use, calibration, and maintenance of Reliability Engineering equipment such as test fixtures, data loggers, and test chambersPerform, analyze, and report on measurement system analysis (MSA), including gage repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) studiesDirectly work with Test Technicians to ensure they are trained on standard operating procedures, and they have all the necessary tools to succeed in their activitiesRequired Skills:
