Form Energy's Recruitment Team is growing, and we're currently looking for a mid-to senior-level Technical Sourcer to join our team. As a sourcer, you will source top talent emphasizing diversity and inclusion. In addition, partnering directly with Recruiters and Hiring Managers will identify and engage candidates for positions across the business as we enter our next high growth stage.
Recruitment is a crucial component to Form Energy's future growth and success. Therefore, we need a sourcer with cross-discipline expertise in technical engineering, including electrical, chemical, mechanical, and software.
We are looking for someone passionate about sourcing, loves digging in and leaving no stone unturned, is creative, can manage competing priorities, and a master of time management. In addition, you will have exceptional attention to detail, well-developed influencing and engagement skills, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing quality candidates while ensuring a high level of candidate experience and alignment with our mission and values.
This role can be 100% remote but would support all U.S. recruitment operations.
