What You Will Be Doing:

The Senior Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of essential support systems across our facilities. You will report to the Maintenance & Services Manager on items that encompasses various maintenance disciplines, including HVAC, controls, plumbing, pipe fitting, motor replacement, and belt alignment. This is an onsite position reporting to our Facilities and Services Manager located at our Everett, WA office.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with a versatile team to conduct regular inspections and tests on support equipment and building systems to identify repair and maintenance needs
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures, and piping systems including all related equipment such as sinks, showers, water heaters, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, gauges, valves and pressure regulators
  • Perform filter, belt, bearing, and bushing replacements, ensuring proper equipment alignment and tensioning
  • Utilize tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, cutting torches, and welding equipment to fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools
  • Troubleshoot, repair and replace motors and motor components
  • Adapt to chanes productively and perform other duties as required while adhering to all company safety policies and procedures

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction, or equivalent trade school experience
  • Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and communicate clearly
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, schematics, and diagrams
  • Be able to squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs
  • Strong multitasking skills with ability to work effectively under pressure and communicate clearly

The pay range for this position is $50-$65/hour. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
