Harbinger is looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing, for a wide range of technical roles. We are searching for a motivated and resourceful individual who is passionate about finding top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This would be a 3-month contract with possibility to extend/convert.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, technicians, etc.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
Conduct technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a positive and seamless experience for every candidate throughout the recruiting process.
Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of technical concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
