Your Role

As Team Lead Project Delivery (f/m/d) you will manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of delivery and project managers to successfully execute customer-focused projects, both in onboarding clients to the Intelligent Grid Platform and leading research initiatives.

This role involves overseeing the project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget and meet client expectations. You will collaborate closely with other teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and mutual respect.

How You Make an Impact

• You lead and develop a growing team of Delivery and Project Managers, promote personal and professional development and ensure a motivated, productive team dynamic
• You are responsible for the delivery management of implementation projects, coordinating the data integration process from the alignment of data requirements to the customer’s project acceptance
• You oversee the program management for special stakeholder relations, maintaining strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders
• You supervise the execution of complex research and tender projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• You identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to ensure a high degree of standardization and efficiency as well as a diligent project controlling
• You oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and set clear performance targets in alignment with organizational objectives

• You have a proven track record in delivering successful projects, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and objectives
• You have a fundamental understanding of the energy industry and are familiar with the key challenges of the digitization of electricity grids
• You have solid expertise in data integration processes, with a strong ability to enhance and streamline implementation strategies
• You have first leadership experiences and have an understanding of how to build, develop, and inspire high-performing, highly motivated teams
• You are characterised by a structured, data-driven and solution-oriented way of working
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
