Join the Talent Acquisition team based in Bristol as a Talent Acquisition Partner and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation 

What success will look like for you as a Talent Acquisition Partner?
As a, Talent Acquisition Partner,  you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and landing critical talent that will help us to achieve our mission for pioneering electric aviation. You will manage and oversee the end to end recruitment cycle and all communication between your stakeholders and candidates, ensuring that we balance speed and quality to deliver a fantastic end to end experience. You will apply innovative thinking to craft and develop attraction and sourcing strategies for highly competitive, specialised and niche skills. You will need excellent execution skills as well as the ability to partner with your stakeholders and business leaders, influencing key business decisions with recruitment data and insights. In addition, you will collaborate and work closely with the wider People Team and help solve complex people related challenges and have the opportunity to lead on exciting transformation projects, as the company continues to grow, mature and evolve. 
You will report directly into the (Head of Talent Acquisition) and be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the continued development of our in-house recruitment expertise, specialist knowledge and capabilities. This will include collaborating with the (TA Operations Specialist) helping with recruitment efficiencies and optimisation. You will also have an important role in aiding the design of future TA tools and technologies, specifically how we can be ready for new generative AI technologies and solutions that are set to revolutionise ways of working for TA teams.
What would we like you to bring.
We want you to be successful in your role, in order to achieve this, you will need to have a proven background in attracting sourcing and landing niche and specialist talent. Ideally you will have a track record of success in a similar organisation within the aerospace, engineering sector, or for a company that is developing emerging and disruptive technologies. You will be analytical and able to translate data to create compelling recruitment narrative or basic data visualisation/reports. You will need excellent skills in headhunting and engaging prospective talent and be up to date with the latest recruitment software, engagement, sourcing tools and tech available, as well as have good knowledge and working experience of recruitment ATS/CRM tools. It goes without saying, you will be passionate about delivering a fantastic service and experience for your stakeholders and candidates and ideally you will have some experience of developing and implementing exciting initiatives that have added real value to the candidate journey, or had an impact on your stakeholders satisfaction of the recruitment process.
