We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our rapidly growing company in electrifying aviation. This position requires the ability to work in a service-oriented team environment with strong organization, communication, and time management skills. This multifaceted role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process: scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, creating reports, and actively sourcing top talent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process while proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates. Recruitment Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams (creating raving fans in the process)Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with necessary information regarding the status of their candidacy. ensuring a positive candidate experience Continuously update the applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintains a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data.
