About the role:
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Systems Integration Analyst to help keep production moving by owning the day-to-day health of our manufacturing systems. This role sits at the intersection of shop floor execution and enterprise systems, ensuring MES, SAP, and connected tools work together seamlessly to support manufacturing, quality, and logistics operations.
What you’ll do:
- Test, deploy, and support manufacturing system solutions in partnership with the CT and Business Systems teams
- Provide L1/L2 support for Archer’s MES environment (SAP S/4HANA PEO and supporting tools)
- Act as the first line of response for production-impacting issues across MES and SAP
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Operation execution and buyoffs
- Work instruction visibility and updates
- Data collection and posting failures
- Tool and resource assignment
- Nonconformance creation and routing
- Serialization, batching, and material movement
- Support Quality workflows, including inspection execution, buyoffs, and SAP QM postings tied to production
- Identify recurring system gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points; drive issues through resolution
- Capture rollout issues and user feedback during deployments and production ramp-ups
- Create clear SOPs, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and user work aids
- Support manufacturing dashboards used by Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Quality
- Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and automation teams for deeper technical escalations
What you need:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in a manufacturing environment)
- 3+ years supporting MES or manufacturing systems in a production setting
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA execution modules (PP, MM, WM/EWM, and/or PEO)
- Experience supporting shop floor execution in complex assembly, battery, or engine environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across MES workflows, SAP transactions, quality steps, and material movement
- Clear communicator comfortable working directly with operators, inspectors, engineers, and supervisors
- Flexibility to support shift-based manufacturing operations and uptime needs
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or energy storage manufacturing
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, automation data collection, or shop floor hardware
- Experience with Teamcenter (MPP, Easy Plan, MRL, Work Instructions)
- SAP certifications or MES implementation experience

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $110,400 - $138,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
