What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing the launch of new products, services and software from a customer experience perspective from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Initiate and establish strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multiple functions across the company, such as, Product Management, Engineering, GTM, Channels, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment Operations
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Track progress against key milestones, analyze program performance, and present insights to leadership
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth program execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program sponsors, executives, and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Build and provide process documentation and training for stakeholders as part of launch of new products/services

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Experience of running cross functional program management in large organizations
  • Quickly connect the dots and understand cross functional dependencies
  • Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in change management, ensuring adoption and success of the program(s) being managed
  • Proactively look for issues that you are likely to run into
  • Ability to navigate in a dynamic business environment

  Requirements

  • Requires minimum 7+ years related experience in program management, strategic planning, or business transformation roles in a technology-oriented industry.
  • 7+ years in program management, strategic planning, or business transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coordinate programs cross-functionally to deliver on-time measurable results
  • Ability to liaise with all areas of the business
  • Self-starter and ability to drive initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work during US East Coast hours
  • Organized and super user of MS applications, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence
