Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

Every day at ecoligo we work to fight the climate crisis, bringing solar energy to businesses in countries like Ghana, Kenya, Vietnam, Philippines, Chile, Panama and Costa Rica amongst others through the ecoligo crowdinvesting platform. We own and manage each energy project allowing us to deliver both environmental and economic returns. Our crowdinvestors earn a solid financial return, and our solar clients get an energy provider that is fairer, more affordable and more efficient. So far, ecoligo projects have prevented—or will prevent—over 1,645,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide from entering our atmosphere. And we are just getting started

Our quickly growing international team is looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x), who actively contributes to building a trusted brand for sustainable investment products. The focus is on healthy and sustainable customer growth.

In this role you will:

• Work to attract new crowdinvestors to ecoligo and optimize our conversion rate.
• Take over the management and scaling of our performance marketing channels (e.g. SEA, social, native, display), with a focus on Paid Social.
• Design the strategies and campaigns in Paid Social and optimize them with a focus on sustainable customer growth.
• Perform data-driven analyses to ensure the achievement of our performance goals.
• Independently take on the set-up, support and management of our Paid Social campaigns.
• Continuously develop our performance marketing measures and contribute to the introduction and optimization of data-driven marketing and automation measures.
• Contribute to tracking and process optimisation in cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with our organic experts, product managers and designers on landing page optimization.

Requirements

Your Skills:

• Several years of experience in the field of Paid Social in a digital agency or company and knowledge of other performance marketing channels.
• Demonstrable success in the implementation of performance-oriented Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and enjoy data-driven work.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics, attribution and web tracking.
• Ideally, you understand the synergies between paid and organic marketing measures.
• German at B2 level and very good English skills.
