Your mission when joining the Energy and Charging Infrastructure team at Einride will be to find the best possible strategic locations across Germany for development of Heavy vehicles dedicated charging infrastructure.
This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Germany but preferably in the Rhein-Ruhr area. You will be part of a truly diverse, high performing team with a common passion for sustainability and making things happen in an innovative way. You will:
Identify and engage potential partners including real estate companies, grid operators, and landlordsConduct assessments of potential sites for feasibility, including grid connection options and landlord agreementsCollaborate in and coordinate site search with partners Analyze and document market conditions and local regulations that may affect charging infrastructure deploymentWork in close collaboration with our Business Development Manager in Germany and our Charging Program Manager to adapt existing concepts and develop Einride Smartcharger station in the German marketMonitor and apply to subsidies program suitable for GermanyWe expect you to:
Have minimum 5 years of experience in real-estate in an industrial context in GermanyHave hands-on experience in scouting locations & assessing their suitability with regards to defined requirements and purposeBe familiar with legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, contracts, and negotiations with property ownersTake initiative on building new relevant business relationships or using your existing network to make Einride Station network a reality in the regionHave a strong business mindset put in use to create a close deals on opportunitiesFind the balance between working independently and collaborating with key stakeholders both internally and externallyFluent in German and EnglishCommunicate efficiently, have the ability to produce executive summary to get quick decisions and move fast on opportunitiesTake responsibility for your own developmentSolution oriented problem solver: you have a can-do attitude and thrive in finding a way out of complex situations See challenges as opportunities to learn and express your creativity Be comfortable moving the tasks forward despite many uncertainties
