Role Description

As a Program Manager at Form, reporting into the Staff Program Manager, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of key cross-functional programs that enable Form Energy’s ambitious growth plans. Working cross functionally across operations, finance, commercial, and manufacturing teams, you will ensure tight coordination of large, first-of-a-kind projects of critical importance to the company. In addition, you will work closely with the executive team & program managers across the company to support company wide goal setting, project based budgeting and headcount prioritization. What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for leading high impact, cross functional programs

For your programs you will be accountable for managing to a budget & schedule & crisply communicating program status to stakeholders (including the executive team)

Lead urgent, critical projects on an ambitious timelines

Work closely with technical program managers and program managers across the organization to manage interdependencies between projects against a defined company roadmap

Support company leadership teams on annual goal setting, project budgeting and headcount planning process as well as tracking against goals, project budgets, and headcount prioritization
