Role Description

As a Program Manager at Form, reporting into the Staff Program Manager, you will be responsible  for end to end delivery of key cross-functional programs that enable Form Energy’s ambitious growth plans.  Working cross functionally across operations, finance, commercial, and manufacturing teams, you will ensure tight coordination of large, first-of-a-kind projects of critical importance to the company.  In addition, you will work closely with the executive team & program managers across the company to support company wide goal setting, project based budgeting and headcount prioritization. What You'll Do:

  • You will be responsible for leading high impact, cross functional programs  
  • For your programs you will be accountable for managing to a budget & schedule & crisply communicating program status to stakeholders (including the executive team)
  • Lead urgent, critical projects on an ambitious timelines
  • Work closely with technical program managers and program managers across the organization to manage interdependencies between projects against a defined company roadmap
  • Support company leadership teams on annual goal setting, project budgeting and headcount planning process as well as tracking against goals, project budgets, and headcount prioritization
  • What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful cross-functional and complex program, product, or project management roles within ambiguous work environments
  • Experience with Google Suite, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Smartsheets
  • Experience managing to a budget & schedule
  • High level of organization and process in an ambiguous work environment
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
