The Creative & Production Department is responsible for bringing the Einride brand to life for our internal and external audiences. As our new Senior Producer, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Creative and Production. You’ll be a key player in helping us extend our internal capabilities and continue building our creative department. Collaborating cross-functionally with managers from the different pillars (Marketing, Communications & Design) your focus will be to transform planned efforts to deliverables. Partnering with the creatives to elevate the creative concepts, always leading with confidence, always pushing to improve.

The types of productions you will encounter, will both be produced by our in-house team or together with an external production company/consultants.

In-house Productions – Film, content, web, social, design, sales and commercial assets production. For film productions, responsible for setting up the productions by building teams, leveraging internal or external DP, renting equipment, applying for permits, executing shoot, post, and delivery.

External productions: Responsible for partner search, bidding, negotiating, pre-production, quality assurance, until final delivery.

Job description

Plan, execute & oversee running Studio projects from approved creative concepts to final delivery. This includes development of time & production plans, budget, risk management, overseeing multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and stakeholder management.

Support in forecasting and staffing efforts to ensure we have the right talent for our projects, both internally and externally.

Manage resource allocation internally and externally to ensure efficient use of our talent pool and meet production demands when needed.

Oversee the intake of projects and translate them to production needs and capacity, ensuring we can meet our creative and delivery goals.

Ensure day-to-day maintenance and housekeeping of established production processes to maintain high standards of production efficiency and effectiveness.

Internal process management: Managing internal deliverables such as design, CGI, 3D, and animation/edits. Support the vetting process on mid-large productions to accurately scope projects while defining requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.

Build and maintain external relationships with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Relevant senior producer experience spanning film, photo, digital productions at an Agency, Production Company or similar.

Passion for the craft of production, positive spirits and a force to be reckoned with.

Proactive with strong problem-solving skills; responsive and versatile to evolving ideas, responsibilities, and changing environments.

Robust network of crew, production houses, and freelancers from various disciplines to call upon depending on the scope of a given project.

Strong project management skills balanced with familiarity with film/digital/tech post-production processes.

Proven experience with project budgets and relevant tools.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, coupled with a flexible and organized disposition.

International production experience is a plus.
