Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help design, build, review, and enhance the existing products at Urbint. Our Application Team partners closely with product managers, user interface designers, and other engineering teams to develop performant, easy-to-use full stack web applications that drive the workflows and decisions of our customers. We’re looking for someone passionate about driving technical excellence across the stack.

What You’ll Do
    •    Drive technical excellence across the application stack
    •    Design and impact analysis for the identified features/enhancements in the product roadmap
    •    Development and unit testing of features in the product roadmap
    •    Conduct thorough code reviews
    •    Perform performance analysis and improvements
    •    Be a collaborative team member on a cross-functional team
    •    Participate in the Quality Assurance process

Who You Are
You have deep experience in designing, building, and maintaining backend systems for enterprise web applications, along with solid frontend skills when needed.

    •    Storybook, Tailwind CSS, SASS
    •    Jest, React Testing Library

Good to Have Experience In:
    •    Next.js
    •    Kubernetes
    •    AWS
    •    Terraform
    •    Serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, SQS)

Additional Qualifications:
    •    Strong experience designing APIs and backend architectures with high standards for reliability, scalability, and security
    •    Familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices: CI/CD, TDD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    •    Proficient in relational database design, optimization, and query profiling
    •    Ability to partner with product and support teams to identify and prioritize impactful solutions
    •    Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and resolve ambiguities in requirements
    •    Clear communicator who can convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    •    Eager to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
