The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead and implement key areas of Omnidian’s business intelligence strategy. This is a unique opportunity to engage with Omnidian's leadership and executive teams to provide cross-functional insights and reporting.

What You'll Do

Excellent at communication and stakeholder management, with a strong ability to tell stories using data-driven insights.Proficient in written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication.Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management.Organized and capable of quickly reprioritizing and renegotiating commitments as priorities shift.A self-starter who can drive projects forward with input from various parties.Experience You’ll Need
7+ years of strong experience with Sigma or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).5+ years of strong SQL skills for writing, updating, and optimizing queries.3+ years of experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake/Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift).Experience in collaborating with data management and data governance teams to implement standards in BI toolsExperience in advising senior management on data insightsProficiency in Excel & Google SheetsExperience That’s a Plus
Proficiency in Python is preferred but not required, particularly with analytical packages (pyspark, pandas, numpy, matplotlib)Experience in the energy industry, particularly solar, is beneficial but not required.Work-Life & Culture
