We’ve closed a huge Series B round! 80M EUR and soaring! Our journey so far? An expansion across various markets, prestigious #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and proactive tech revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Not to mention, our growth has skyrocketed 6X since the last round, nearing 1 million monthly charging sessions, and 1,000 #EV drivers joining us daily! Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in our Brand & Creatives team. As a Senior Brand Manager at Monta, you'll be at the heart of our brand's daily dynamics, turning big-picture strategies into impactful realities. This role is all about safeguarding brand consistency and sparking engagement across every platform, leveraging your sharp strategic insights to deepen brand loyalty and propel our business forward. You'll be the captain steering the ship in executing brand campaigns, marketing innovation, and brand communications, ensuring our brand not only stands tall but shines brightly in the industry. Key responsibilities:

• Crafting the brand strategy: Partner with the Director of Brand to refine Monta's brand strategy, generate and leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and trend savviness. You're on a mission to dig deep into the market, outsmart the competition, and stay ahead of trends. Your role is crucial in maintaining our brand's integrity, both behind the scenes and in the spotlight, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with Monta's core values and goals. It's all about making sure our brand's voice is heard loud and clear, everywhere.
• Active strategy implementation: After setting the strategic stage, it’s time to get the plans going. This isn’t a role for the sidelines; it’s about making things happen. From managing short and medium-term projects to overseeing the day-to-day tasks that keep our brand engine running smoothly, your direct involvement brings our strategy to life with precision and passion**.**
• Creative collaboration: Join forces with our Creative Lead to shape the creative direction of our brand. Here, your task is to infuse our values and market knowledge into every creative endeavour, crafting content and designs that not only stand out but speak directly to our audience's hearts. You’re the bridge between idea and impact, overseeing the creation of materials that beautifully convey Monta's story.
• Campaign craftsman: Guide our brand campaigns, setting clear objectives, identifying impactful KPIs, and ensuring our message is consistent across all platforms. You’ll be collaborating with teams across the board to make sure the Monta experience is not just seen or heard, but truly felt, turning creative concepts into tangible success.
• Digital strategist: With our Social Media Manager by your side, you'll elevate Monta's online presence. Your role involves devising strategies that captivate and engage our digital audience, making every tweet, post, and campaign a step towards greater brand awareness and engagement.
• The collaborative force: At the core of Monta’s universe, you’ll bring together teams from sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, harmonizing efforts to amplify our brand narrative. Your knack for teamwork ensures seamless integration of strategies, fostering a united front that propels Monta forward.
• Ideation to Execution Guide: Beyond just coming up with ideas, you’ll oversee their journey to fruition. Working closely with the brand Project Manager, you're all about getting things done — aligning teams, setting timelines, and ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Experienced in Branding and Marketing: With a robust 6+ years in the branding and marketing strategy arena, particularly shining in B2B, tech, or even better, within SaaS environments or creative agencies. Your track record speaks volumes of your journey and contributions in these dynamic sectors.

• Skilled communicator: You possess a remarkable talent for turning complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are key to crafting messages that resonate and inspire action.
• Campaign savvy: With a solid background in launching and leading successful marketing campaigns and brand activations, your expertise in this area is proven and respected.
