The Sales Operations Analyst will work with the sales teams. A successful analyst is someone who is analytical, quick thinking, and excited to make an impact. Typical tasks range from analytics, administration, to project management. Sales analysts are part of the Global operations teams, and their tasks include:
- Work with CRM team to maintain and analyze data
- Salesforce Record Management
- Creation of Reports & Dashboards
- Prepare and follow-up on KPI reporting
- Completes various data entry and deduplication tasks in Salesforce
- Research and Analyze market Trends
- Perform market analysis for the Various Regional Sales Management teams
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
- Assist on research on target accounts for AEs and SDRs
- Assist in Process management and Administration
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to sales processes
- Handle administrative tasks and analysis to improve sales team efficiency
- Expand our knowledge database by documenting existing processes and trainings
- Contribute your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s unique values and vision for the future.
- Assist on preparation of documents for prospects and management such as RFP responses, product presentations, financial reporting
- Project Management
- Contribute to projects & implementations at the Business unit level and cross-functionally
- Provide assistance on larger projects and implementations
Your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolved and might encompass all, part, or more of the above
Qualifications
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in:
- Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Marketing Operations, Commercial Sales Experience, or Financial Analysis
- Experience in using Salesforce Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Strong experience in Excel & Powerpoint is required
- Speaking additional languages is a benefit, but not required
