In this role, you will: 

  • Preparing, developing, and assisting the sales team with technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers. 
  • Discussing equipment, product integration, and system needs with customers and engineers. 
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. 
  • Strategizing with the sales team to create personalized solutions for key clients. 
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. 
  • Support the sales team with technical questions. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest changes in industry regulations and technical requirements. 
  • Work with the Sales team to position our product offerings tactically in a competitive landscape. 
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. 
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. 
  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services. 

What's essential:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in sales and the technology field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • Good leadership and team working skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Travel requirement up to 25%
