In this role, you will:
- Preparing, developing, and assisting the sales team with technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Discussing equipment, product integration, and system needs with customers and engineers.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Strategizing with the sales team to create personalized solutions for key clients.
- Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Support the sales team with technical questions.
- Stay up to date on the latest changes in industry regulations and technical requirements.
- Work with the Sales team to position our product offerings tactically in a competitive landscape.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
What's essential:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Experience in sales and the technology field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Proficiency in MS Office
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and team working skills
- Attention to detail
- Travel requirement up to 25%
