YOUR IMPACT
As a Recruitment & People Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of the People team enabling Proxima and all our team members to do their best work. Whether it’s delivering on our growth plans and brining in the best talent for us, or providing operational & compliance support from a People/HR POV, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, setting new standards for excellence.

  • Finding Exceptional Talent: Source, engage, and hire top scientific and engineering minds while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Optimizing Processes: Help improve recruitment, onboarding, and other people operations workflows and standards to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Ensure we offer a tremendous people experience: work with multiple internal stakeholders and all team members making sure we offer the best work environment so that everyone is able to focus and do their best work.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced: You bring very relevant hands-on end-to-end recruitment and people operations experience, ideally in a high-tech, engineering, hardware or manufacturing scale-up/start-up.
  • Tech-Savvy: Curious about engineering and eager to dive into the fascinating world of stellarators.
  • Proactive: You’re self-driven, autonomous, and take ownership of challenges.
  • Efficiency-Focused: Passionate about streamlining workflows and finding creative ways to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Candidate- and People Centric: Working with candidates, hiring managers and also various team members, committed to delivering an outstanding candidate and people experience.
  • Stakeholder relationships: working with our demanding hiring managers and team members in general getting them candidates meeting our very high bar.
  • Curious: about other aspects of HR willing to expand your remit and learn about other complimentary People areas.
