Natron Energy is seeking a Recruiter who can accelerate Natron’s hiring and talent acquisition strategies. Our ideal candidate is a flexible team player who is passionate about growing our business, while growing your own career.

This is a full-life cycle recruiting assignment will focus on growing on Natron's newest office in Holland, MI. This position provides growth potential, given the right candidate more scope and responsibilities upon completion of certain hiring milestones. This unique position will require working with multiple recruiting team members (we're a team of 7 now), multiple hiring managers, across several U.S. locations. 

About Us: 
Natron Energy (natron.energy) is the future of energy storage. Our battery products solve operations performance and reliability problems for the world’s biggest electricity customers. Our initial products target markets exceeding twenty-five billion dollars including data centers, oil & gas, EV fast charging, and commercial aviation. We have additional products in development for larger markets including commercial and residential grid storage. Our products are based on sodium-ion cells containing Prussian blue electrodes that deliver unique power, cycle life, and safety: full discharge and recharge in just minutes all from a nonflammable, fault-tolerant system.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for roles that range recruiting the leading manufacturing talent
  • Work directly with hiring manager to understand and anticipate their needs  
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to create a pipeline that supports Natron’s hiring needs
  • Work with leadership to create efficiencies in Natron’s recruiting processes
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts and ensure they represented in all recruiting activities
  • Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a company in renewable energy, hardware engineering, or manufacturing
  • 2+ years of experience building partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Natural ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
  • Experience with startups or hyper-growth companies
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust to unexpected changes  
  • Preferred: Experience with issuing offer letters and negotiating with candidates
  • Preferred: Experience with Greenhouse/Lever ATS
  • Logistics:

  • Full-time, salaried role
  • Location: Onsite; full-time in Holland, MI.
