The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for inspecting, sampling, measuring, or weighing process or assembled parts or products for defects per specifications. The Quality Assurance Inspector is also responsible for evaluating compliance using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with specifications, operating procedures or standards.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include inspection, analysis of results, detecting nonconforming conditions and report them to the FLN quality engineer.Will need to work with different cross-functional groups to ensure project success by developing inspection plans, including traceability, ensuring requirements coverage at loading, and reporting nonconforming.Interfaces with contract manufacturer organizations, external suppliers, customers, evaluate and communicate accomplishment of project inspection priorities through all phases in the manufacturing quality inspection process flow.Communicates, educates, trains and coaches’ customers, suppliers, and internal personnel regarding Quality policies, processes and procedures.Gather, record, and analyze inspection results and data, maintaining documentation such as logbooks and checklists.Work with the FLN quality and process engineers to revise and update standard operating procedures (SOP), analytical procedures and protocols.Communicate with the contract manufacturer to reduce the amount of non-conforming product received and in-process.Support the quality engineer with performing QMS audits per the approved audit schedule.Report into the Operations Manager.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum three (3) years of experience within the manufacturing quality profession.Working knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of product.Working knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action processes.Excellent interpersonal skills working cross functionally across teamsStrong leadership ability.A focus on continuous process improvement.Exceptional time management skills.Experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS).Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be based in Vietnam, and familiar with the local language.
