Functionally directly reporting to the Safety & Quality Manager. This position requires technical expertise in Electrical Engineering and BESS project execution. The person must have a solid experience on Electrical Engineering, quality interventions, inspection and testing requirements. This position is highly demanding of technical reports, documents organization and generation, and interpretation technical drawings and records. He/she must have a systematic approach to handle quality issues and assist the project team in coming up with effective corrective and preventive actions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Champion Global, Region and Country Vision, Mission, Objectives, Goals, and initiativesImplement, monitor, and maintain project QA/QC systems of work systems and project document and records in accordance with Fluence DMSComply with all project safety rules and protocolsDevelop and implement project QA/QC plans, procedures and processes aligned to project scopeReview, monitor and enforce contractor project QA/QC documents and plan(s)Perform supplier / contractor documentation check / audits and review (QC documents, ITP, QMPs, material certificates, test reports, etc.)Report QA/QC project performance as directedLead, facilitate, monitor, analyze, review, and report QA/Q investigations and develop / review causal and root cause factorsDevelop presentations / reports for senior leaders as requiredReview and ensure contractor project deliverables comply with approved design and IFC drawingsEnsure supplier material receiving reports are accurate and filedSupport and assist in ensuring project turnover (handover) documentation is complete and correctProvide support, guidance, and oversight on project QA/QC irregularities Monitor and report on status of corrective and preventative actionsImplement, conduct, and report on project assurance and governance requirementsReport on contractor performance (equipment preservation and maintenance status)Develop and maintain project key stakeholder relationshipsLead, develop, mentor, and coach, project resources necessary.
