What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the operations and project execution for the Total Rewards function, collaborating with the the most critical cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Implement and govern program/project management processes, dashboards, templates, policies and project metrics
- Establish parameters and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of projects and activities
- Identify and implement improvements to the project and change management strategy & methodology
- Engage with other People team COEs to develop understanding of future state solutions
- Deliver the change plan for each project including the case for change, change strategy and plan, stakeholder engagement and execution, change impact analysis and assessment, and change sustainability and measures
- Complete stakeholder analysis, create action plans, identify gaps and assess readiness for change
- Develop and manage project schedules and work plans
- While the focus is on Total Rewards, ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout People Team projects, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring overlap and communication between projects
- Act as point of contact for change champions before, during and after projects
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities across project teams and designate business owners for deliverables
- Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes
- Measure and report on talent management program KPI’s and impact, insights, areas of focus, and recommended actions forward.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience within an understanding of Core HR fundamentals, Total Rewards is a plus
- Strong knowledge of total rewards programs to easily understand the business impact
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Successfully implement and execute programs that can scale across the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Collaborate and support other talent management colleagues to ensure team success
- Critically thinking to problem solve in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- This role is required to be onsite, with flexibility

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $122,040.00 - $135,600.00. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
