What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to support our Total Rewards team. In this junior level role, you will provide essential project based support to review, validate, and correct various data sets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a passion for supporting a positive work environment.

  • Support HR in maintaining employee records, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date in Workday, our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Provide general administrative support, including validating and reconciling data from various HR reports and maintaining HR records.
  • Assist with validation and confirmation of large data sets or data sources from various sources
  • Support HR-related compliance activities, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Execute project based work in collaboration with key members within the Total Rewards function.

What You Need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Basic understanding of HR processes and HR compliance (internship or coursework experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite -Excel and experience with Google Workspace;  familiarity with HR software/systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
  • Must be able to work onsite in office 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

For this position we are targeting a base pay between $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour  Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
