Product Owner (f/m/d)

The Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) is a software for the digitalization and automation of technical processes for distribution grid operators.
 
As a Product Owner (f/m/d) you are eager to bring our product to the next level. In a team with three other colleagues you have end-to-end responsibility for improving our product within the scope of new use cases and features. You will work across departments with Designers, Engineers, Customer Success and Sales Managers to improve the user experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of envelio’s products, the market as well as our customers, their needs and challenges within their daily workflows
• You understand a complex B2B-product within the market of electrical grids, and you can prioritize according to the stakeholders’ needs
• You systematically analyze and prioritize the feedback of all stakeholders of the product
• You align the departments around strategic goals and the respective product roadmap
• You break down complex user needs and write clear specifications in collaboration with the design and engineering deparment
• You plan and execute the product roadmap, always focusing on the overarching vision 
• You manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all Kanban activities

What you need to succeed

• You have a Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field of study
• You are familiar with the energy industry and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this field
• Moreover you are experienced in SaaS product management as a Product Owner or Software Engineering
• Working independently and results-oriented are one of your strengths
• Your working style is also characterized by an analytical and structured way of thinking
• You are familiar with modern best practices for product owners
• You have excellent communication skills and can motivate and engage your team
• You are fluent in German and English
