The Product Ops Manager will be responsible for establishing: opportunities to improve cross-pod communication and coordination (Product, Design & Engineering); tools and processes to support product decision-making; processes between product and Go to Market (GTM) teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to capture customer needs and give visibility into what we build and why. This role requires a mix of operational, analytics, and program management experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple deliverables, as well as an understanding of the SaaS product development process are required. We’re also looking for someone who is excited to be part of a new and forming Product and Design Ops team, dedicated to the success of the internal teams we support.

What you'll do:
Serve as product owner of Productboard, which houses customer feedback and product roadmapAssess internal stakeholder needs and drive data and reporting improvements in ProductboardResponsible for ongoing Productboard integration with mission-critical tools (i.e. Salesforce), documentation, training, onboarding, and adoptionDrive product analytics best practices (instrumentation & event tracking in Amplitude and related tools). Includes partnering with product managers and data analysts to define best practices for product organization, data governance and hygiene, documentation, onboarding and adoptionServe as a bridge between product and Go to Market teams, partnering on programs and process improvement. Programs include migration to new products, voice of customer program, and coordinating product requests for our largest customersPartner with GTM enablement teams, including the Product Marketing team on launch planning, or identifying what product resources internal enablement teams need to succeedFacilitate team meetings and ceremonies, including roadmap reviews and cross-pod dependency planningHelp foster a product team culture of inclusivity in line with Aurora’s values, with a focus on DEIB and team health
