About the company:
As Product Line Manager you will provide leadership for the CDRMax product line, providing a focal point for its on-going development and commercial deployment to support the growth of Carbon Clean’s global business and our mission to capture one billion tonnes of carbon dioxide.
Your key focus will be:
° Spearhead the launch of our CDRMax product offering.
° Consolidate and standardise our approach to process licensing.
° Develop the product roadmap and guide the development of product strategy. To achieve this, you will work closely with team colleagues in R&D, Engineering, Project Delivery, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
° Oversight of sales opportunities to ensure appropriate information is available for customer engagement and expectation setting.
° Identify and prioritise opportunities to enhance the overall product offering to meet customer needs.
° Support the overall business strategy and business plan for the profitable deployment of our CDRMax offerings
° Identify and develop partnerships with manufacturers, vendors, and engineering partners for the best design, equipment selection and build.
° Support to Sales through input to opportunity and proposal development, as well as providing expert product knowledge in customer engagements.
° Support to Marketing with content creation.
° Training and education of the wider organization.
° Proactive knowledge management allowing access to critical information as needed.
Requirements
Is this the job for me?
To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:
° Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline Chemical or Mechanical or similar.
° Understanding of the market and the challenges faced by hard to abate industries in retrofitting carbon capture equipment.
° Knowledge of gas separation technologies and CO removal systems is preferred.
° Demonstrates commercial awareness and ability to develop and implement product strategy.
° Ability to work effectively in a small, developing, and entrepreneurial organisation.
° Good relationship building skills, with the ability to build relationships remotely.
° Strong verbal, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
° Ability to be a peer leader.
