Technology to achieve 'net zero'.
- Responsible for specification, design and operation of the electrical equipment in the Innovation Centre
- Responsible for planning and overseeing scheduled maintenance, testing and repair of electrical equipment in Innovation Centre to minimize downtime and ensure optimum efficiency of power consumption in the plant operations.
- Ensure that work assignments and sub-contracted work packages are delivered to appropriate technical requirements safety & quality standards.
- Subject Matter Expert in Electrical Engineering across the organisation.
- Expert input on active industrial and development projects, providing technical solutions and deliverables as per international codes & Standards.
- Document trial reports and summarise lessons learnt and improvement areas.
- Link Pilot plant trials and results to Product feature integration
- Design keeping HSE, Operatability, Standards of entire Carbon Clean and Customer ecosystem.
- Where needed, design, specify and work with external vendors on equipment installation and integration.
- Conduct Risk Assessment in respective functional areas / interface.
Requirements
- A engineer with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or similar, is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Experience of working within an engineering organisation
- Ability to work effectively in a small, developing, and entrepreneurial organisation; high level of flexibility and adaptability required.
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and other teams; build rapport through a consistent, confident and open communication style.
- Knowledge of global electrical standards and work procedures.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
