About this position:
The performance Analyst will work from within multiple groups within the Supply Chain Organization and performance organization at Fluence. The primary role of this position is to own and manage the Dashboarding and reporting of data from various sources and develop tools across Fluence’s fleet of energy storage systems. This person is responsible for supporting regional service teams with managing their sites including maintaining asset data accuracy, equipment hierarchy, maintenance schedules and spare part inventory. The role also requires the Performance Analyst to train and hold accountable regional teams and other internal and external stakeholders on effective reports usage.

Establish and maintain system usage standards including equipment hierarchy, nomenclature, definitions and associated maintenance databases for new and existing Fluence project sites Create and maintain SOPs and Job Plans as neededDevelop in house tools for supporting multiple streams of supply chain and Performance Vertical.Ensures all procedures are developed, understood, and followed consistently throughout Fluence Partners with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document business requirementsWork with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.SKills & Qualifications
Master’s Degree preferred but Bachelors degree is Must (or professional training) in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields or other technical engineering backgroundGeneral computer proficiency with Microsoft OfficeWorking experience with ERP Software (Netsuite, SAP etc.) or DAS systems is a plus.Preferred skill in Power Bi and MS Excel.Knowledge on ETL process is must.Strong Programming in python preferred as role will require in house application development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - high emotional intelligence and excellent presentation skills a mustMust be self-driven, highly detail oriented, organized and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment Proven written and verbal communication skills.Data analysis experience in a facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization is a plus User training experience is a plus.
