The paralegal will provide a range of assistance and administration to support business and legal matters at Beta Technologies. To be successful in this role, the paralegal will be able to prioritize projects and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Prepare and review legal documents including employee contracts, confidentiality agreements, stock certificates, shareholder agreements, financial reports, articles, lease agreements, non disclosure agreementsMonitor and ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulationsSupport preparation and filing of documentation such as state tax registrations and IRS formsDraft shareholder consents and proxies, corporate resolutions and related documentsConduct legal research, as neededBachelor's degree, Associates degree or formal certificate in paralegal studies preferredDemonstrated experience in a legal or corporate settingKnowledge of legal terminology and communication, principles and practicesKnowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulationsAbility to work in a service-oriented team environment with strong organization, analytical, communication, and time management skillsAbility to demonstrate independent thinking and judgement with minimal oversightFamiliarity with Google’s suite of applications, Slack, and Zoom
