As an Operations Manager at Einride you will work with specific customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will manage a fleet of electrical trucks. You'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero emissions.
Preferably your home base is in the Southern part of The Netherlands. We recommend you submit your application, in english, as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.

You are the single point of contact handling all operational aspects of the electrical fleet and issues that may appear, and solve this with quality and pace ensuring best possible customer experienceManage driver- and carrier relationshipDeliver on agreed service level agreements while optimizing costs and efficiencyP&L monitoring and account developmentSecure uptime and utilization of our CET’s (Connected Electric Trucks)What we're looking for:
HBO Bachelor's degree (i.e. Logistics Engineering), or equivalent experience/educationKnowledge and experience of carriers in The NetherlandsWorked in a B2B environmentTechnical affinityCollaborator. Strong service and solution oriented mindsetFlexible, independent & hands on at different levels. Takes clear ownership of tasksIndependent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisionsExperience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is a preferenceFluent in Dutch & English
