Our quickly growing international team is looking for an Online Marketing Lead (f/m/x) to lead our acquisition efforts towards growth via online marketing channels. Our ideal candidate is ready to take full ownership making our performance marketing efforts more efficient and effective while being involved in groundwork projects setting and improving the basis for further channel scaling. In this role you will:
- Have the utmost goal of growing ecoligo’s investors crowd via online marketing channels while paying attention to efficiency (cost per acquisition of new investors) and retention
- Be responsible for making our current online marketing more effective and efficient and testing and growing further paid online marketing channels which fit our acquisition goals
- Lead a team of Performance, Affiliate, and CRM Marketing Managers
- Advise, plan, and report on monthly budgets
- Collaborate with the CMO and management on improving and maintaining a bottom-up growth business case that you can commit to fulfilling in terms of growth numbers and acquisition cost
- Collaborate with CMO and BI on improving marketing tracking and attribution
- Collaborate with Product and SEO & Content teams on the process of building and improving landing pages
- Be a sparring partner and act as an equal to leadership and the CMO, regarding acquisition questions via online marketing channels, having an understanding of the company business model and strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Native, Affiliate, etc.) with exposure to different channels (e.g. SEO, Content, Offline) and focus on acquisition and growth
- Data-driven thinking and decision-making and a very good understanding of marketing analytics and attribution topics, as well as best practices in testing, data measurement, and analysis techniques
- Experience in and understanding of landing pages and acquisition website's best practices
- Ideally leadership experience, including growing junior and senior employees professionally
- Strategic thinking and understanding of other marketing disciplines
- Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate cross-functionally whenever needed to implement campaigns and larger projects
- Experience in working in tech companies, ideally experience in FinTech
- German language skills are a plus
