A Day In The Life:
Providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
Greeting and directing visitors
Managing on-site parking for employees and visitors
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate party
Maintaining all areas of the office to represent a professional environment (clean whiteboards, windows, kitchen, dishes, etc.)
Maintaining office equipment, including necessary service orders (copiers, coffee pot, office equipment, )
Preparing conference rooms for meetings, this includes clean-up and maintenance on a regular basis
Arranging catering or restaurant reservations for meetings
Facilitate day-to-day operations to include appearance and cleanliness of office; order and organize office supplies and snacks; mail coordination.
Manage UPS, Fed/Ex, couriers, and other shipping needs.
Primary point of contact for building management regarding maintenance and emergency issues. Coordinate maintenance visits, HVAC, and other facility related issues
Register office visitors in the building management system
Ordering supplies for kitchen and office, this may include field supplies if requested
Arranging travel, lodging and transportation for staff as requested; this includes updating the calendar weekly with itineraries
Participate in the planning of company events
Assisting with report preparation and various projects (typing, scanning, copying, printing, binding, etc.)
Assist the People Team with onboarding new staff, including office/desk set-up, ordering keys, and other logistics, attending career fairs, and helping plan wellness events.
Assist in office moves/relocations (cleaning, filing, storing files, coordination of multiple tasks.)
Assisting with distribution lists for regular mailings, such as holiday cards or newsletters
Performing miscellaneous errands as necessary
Participating in special projects or additional tasks as assigned or requested by office personnel should current workload allow
Other duties as assigned
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Minimum three years of work experience in a small business office environment – fast paced industry experience a plus
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Professional appearance and manner
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments
High-level of efficiency using Google Suite
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range:
Compensation range is between $22-$28/hr. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal pay and alignment with market data.
