About This Role:

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual who is eager to take on real responsibility and make a meaningful impact. Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive head start in your career. You'll work on meaningful projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. The program is built to support your professional growth and help you forge valuable connections within the Crusoe team and beyond.

As an New Employee Experience Intern, you will design and lead initiatives to elevate our global onboarding experience while gaining hands-on experience operating a world-class program.

You aren’t just observing from the sidelines; you’ll be an embedded member of the global onboarding team, you’ll balance strategy with execution, partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to lead specific initiatives.

This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Bay Area offices. While we have two locations- Sunnyvale and San Francisco, most events and programming will take place in San Francisco.

What You'll be Working on:

  • Program Design & Innovation: Create and launch brand-new, team-specific functional onboarding programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our most rapidly expanding departments.

  • Manager Enablement: Develop guides and templates that empower managers to effectively prepare for and welcome new hires, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across the company.

  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze new-hire experience survey data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and present action plans to cross-functional partners involved in the onboarding lifecycle.

  • Global Program Operations: Support the daily execution of our global onboarding program, ensuring all administrative and logistical components run smoothly and professionally.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and lead specific initiatives that improve the employee journey.

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks within current onboarding workflows and apply a curious, analytical mindset to troubleshoot and optimize these complex systems.

What You'll Bring to the team:

  • Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.

  • Program Fundamentals: You have a foundational understanding of how people programs operate, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow your skills.

  • Collaborative Mindset: You are a proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with a team to solve challenging problems.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: You have a curious and analytical mindset with a talent for troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems.

  • Strong Communicator: You’re a clear and polished verbal and written communicator with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and communicate clearly with teammates and executive stakeholders
