YOUR IMPACT
As a People Coordinator, you will play a valuable role within the People and Workplace Experience team, providing support for new and existing team members across multiple locations. You will partner across the company to address team requests, while delivering exceptional service. You will help create operational efficiency in our People processes while keeping speed, scalability and empathy at the top of mind. You have the ability to dive in at a moment's notice to solve urgent issues, but also have a strong ability to think proactively about the right solution and not just the problem. Most importantly, you enjoy getting things done, solving problems and learning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support onboarding activities including coordination and delivery of orientation sessions, onboarding communications, collating team documentation, and gathering feedback on onboarding experiences.
Be the first-line point of contact for employee requests, concerns, and inquiries
Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, Office Management, and relevant external vendors to keep team needs addressed.
Perform regular audits of team data to ensure records are accurate and complete in our HRIS.
Contribute to improvement projects for the people function including reporting decks, Talent Acquisition support, and AI-powered People Ops improvements
Coordinate people-related processes by staying on top of tracking, administration, external coordination, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness
Other projects as assigned with growing ownership over time
WHO YOU ARE
First experience in Human Resources, People Ops, Operations, or a similar administrative role
Ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
High level of empathy for team needs and passion for employee experience
Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
Comfortable working with people systems and documentation
