Key Responsibilities:
1. General:
Lead and execute GreenLight Biosciences' regional
business strategy. You will be responsible for
generating demand, building strong relationships
with distributors and large farmers, and achieving
growth objectives in the Central region and
surrounding areas of the Mexican Central region.
2. The primary responsibilities of this role (not
limiting):
• Develop and execute the field business plan for
biological or chemical-technological control
technologies.
• Identify and activate strategic distributors, as
well as large producers in the region
• Provide follow-up and attention to the customer
portfolio (sell in and sell out, collection,
training and after-sales service).
• Promote the adoption of new technologies
through training, follow-up, and effective
closings.
• Report progress, opportunities, and commercial
risks to the national team.
• Strong interpersonal skills in environments
where human interaction is key.
• In-depth knowledge of the agricultural market
in Central Region (tomatoes, chilies, cucumbers, corn,
Etc.).
Required profile:
• Agricultural Engineer, Biologist, or related degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural sales, preferably in plant protection.
• Strong interpersonal skills in environments where human interaction is key.
• Strong communication
• In-depth knowledge of the agricultural market in Center Region (tomatoes, chili peppers, cucumbers, corn, etc.).
