Position: Marketing Coordinator; Location:  Ames, IA

Pivot Bio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will oversee various projects that include paid media, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and sales events to help drive sales and support the product and sales teams.  You will work closely with the marketing manager to keep all projects on task. Attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities: 

• Help develop and execute successful marketing strategy in collaboration with sales and product leaders
• Manage paid media campaigns
• Assist with the development of digital campaigns
• Collaborate and lead sales events 
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for marketing tactics
• Organize video shoots
• Track marketing budgets
• Evaluate Campaign performance
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the agricultural marketing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business-related field
• Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Self-starter, reliable and able to work independently
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
• Experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media, email and marketing database campaigns a plus
