Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Content Writer to join our cross-departmental Content Team. Your main role is to create engaging and informative Commercial content primarily targeting B2B audiences within the EV charging industry. We expect that our Content Writer has the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences and align with our brand messaging and product positioning. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Manager as well as freelance writers. 

On top of having a pertinent role supporting Marketing, you’ll also be joining a high-level Content Team that’s raising the bar high for a strong, cohesive user experience across the entire user journey at Monta. You’ll work together with your content colleagues to ensure that the content you create in Marketing is also aligned with Monta's content strategy across all departments and all languages.

Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for various platforms including websites, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales to develop content that supports overarching business goals and brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and maintain relevancy.
• Optimize content for SEO and lead generation, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
• Contribute to content calendar planning and execution to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels.

• Coordinate tasks with freelance writers.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, preferably in the B2B space.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong research skills and ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content.
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the EV charging industry is a plus.
