Manufacturing Lab Technician

Electrified Thermal is seeking lab technicians to assist with pilot production of our “E-Brick” refractory heater elements at our Charlestown, MA facility. E-Bricks are a novel type of heater element which power our Joule Hive ™ thermal battery, and your role is to assist with productions scale up. You will report to the Senior Process Engineer and work on a manufacturing team of engineers and technicians.

Full-time on-site work is expected.

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills 

• Demonstrated commitment to adhering to workplace safety procedures and contributing to safety culture  

• Ability to independently execute on complex tasks with a high degree of reliability  

• Comfort working with your hands; comfort working with power tools or heavy machinery. 

• An OSHA-approved stand-up forklift certification, or, a willingness to obtain one in on-the-job training
