Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead/Mentor and manage the QA team
• Workflow Management & Cross functional team collaborations
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyse the workflow to identify bottlenecks, reduce rework, and improve the overall efficiency of the issue resolution process.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ticket volume, resolution times, "Not Feasible" rates, and successful fix rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• >= 7 years of professional service with at least 1-2 years as a Manager and 2-3 years as a Team Lead on papers
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and QA methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking and project management software.
