About This Role:
Crusoe Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance and facility operations at our manufacturing locations. This critical, full-time role is essential for maintaining high equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and creating a strong, scalable foundation for our rapidly growing AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of maintenance best practices, team development, and performance optimization in a high-tech production environment. You will play a key role in our company's growth by ensuring our manufacturing operations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with our ambitious goals.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Equipment Reliability and Uptime: Develop and implement proactive strategies to maximize the uptime and operational reliability of all manufacturing equipment, reducing unplanned downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Preventative and Predictive Maintenance: Design and lead a data-driven preventative and predictive maintenance program. You'll utilize modern tools and techniques to anticipate equipment failures and enhance asset lifecycle performance.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and monitor key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), equipment uptime, and maintenance costs. You will analyze trends and provide data-driven reports to leadership, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Facilities Management: Lead a team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all facilities. This includes overseeing building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural integrity, as well as developing proactive maintenance schedules.
Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing maintenance and facilities teams. You will implement performance tracking tools to measure team contributions and justify staffing levels.
Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets. Your work will ensure cost-effective operations and optimize resource utilization across your teams.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry compliance requirements. You will promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Extensive Experience: A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, and facilities management within a manufacturing environment is required.
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and guide high-performing teams.
Strategic Maintenance Expertise: Strong expertise in preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, including root cause analysis.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $114,000 - $148,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
