The Key Account Coordinator will be focused on ensuring long-term delivery and customer engagement with Carbon Cleans key accounts, and becoming a specialist and first point of contact for key accounts across the US.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Maintain professional relationships with strategic accounts across the US by managing these relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop broad and strategic customer relationships at all levels
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop winning customer proposals
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and opportunity reports
- Utilize our CRM system to enable efficient collaboration on all opportunities
- Represent the broader North America region as needed, internally and outward-facing
- Work closely with the sales team to support our products, messaging and commercial offering.
Requirements
- Experience of account management, sales or business development experience within the Energy industry, ideally including fields such as Chemical, Process, Oil & Gas, and Power.
- Strong record of successfully achieving capital equipment awards is key
- Engineering degree is required, ideally Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Proven experience building relationships and building accounts
- Analytical and able to use date in decision making.
