We are actively seeking a skilled Help Desk technician to join our IT support team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing our software, hardware, network, and audio-visual systems across all of our sites.  This position requires an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service and will be the first point of support for identifying and resolving system and network issues.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

  • Help Desk Technician will provide end­ user support to remedy computer, audio/visual, basic network, printing, and other technology-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Solutions may be provided remotely or onsite as appropriate
  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide day-to-day desktop support for our Windows, Mac, and AV environments
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support as necessary
  • Utilize our electronic ticketing system for opening, closing, resolving, escalating, and tracking requests and activities
  • Maintain conference room audio/visual system and related equipment
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Participate in team meetings and appropriate corporate meetings and activities
  • Create and maintain IT documentation
  • The Help Desk technician will be responsible for planning and conducting new hire training related to the use of hardware and productivity software
  • Minimum Qualifications We are seeking:

  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting PC hardware and software
  • Ability to administrate and provision user accounts
  • Exposure to Google G-Suite and Workspaces
  • Ability to write detailed documentation
  • Ability to support Zoom meetings, Teams Meeting, Google Meet, and other AV technologies. 
  • Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:

  • Knowledge to support both a Windows and MAC environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues
  • Experience with Zoom Rooms 
  • Experience with Audio Visual equipment
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to list 50 pounds
  • Off-hours work is required to perform off-hours system maintenance
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
