You will:

Work closely with leaders across the company to understand Einride value proposition and business requirements aiming at developing fit-for-purpose organizational capabilities, and developing and executing a global procurement strategy.

Lead and oversee the development and execution of category strategies for business critical Software, in collaboration with stakeholders, that align with Einride’s product strategy

Lead and oversee the development and execution of category strategies for Indirects, such as IT Software and Hardware, Consultancy, Marketing & Communications and Facility Management that align with relevant stakeholder business requirements

Develop partnerships and ensure a high performing network of suppliers enabling the transformation of the electric and autonomous transport landscape

Lead Source to Contract activities, such as supplier identification and selection, negotiation and contract lifecycle management

Develop and drive supplier relationship management and performance management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders enabling end-to-end value creation and value capture

Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders through cross-functional project teams

Develop strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective strategy development and execution

We expect you to:

Have extensive experience in complex global procurement roles, with a track record across categories including Software, IT and Indirects

Bring extensive leadership experience with proven ability to develop organizational capabilities, lead and collaborate globally in cross-functional teams

Have a proven track record of developing and executing category strategies and delivering tangible results

Have an open mindset, be self-reflective, with the ability to learn and act on feedback

Bring strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality, able to be pragmatic and actively involved, with a fact focused attitude
