Your key focus will be:

Compensation Frameworks & Processes

  • Leading on the creation of transparent, flexible and progressive pay frameworks - scalable, simple to understand and relevant to our diverse workforce
  • Responsible for the full "pay lifecycle" for our people - ensuring the appropriate[AH1] [RJ2] pay information, processes and practices are embedded from onboarding through to exit - working with our people to develop and improve understanding of how pay works at Carbon Clean
  • Developing and leading all cyclical compensation processes - including promotions, pay changes, bonus and incentive plans - with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Manage the benefits programmes across our geographies, obtaining optimal quality, value and service from our providers
  • You will seek excellence in our benefits and pensions experience and maximise engagement with our offering through great service within the People team and the rest of the business community.
  • Design and embed bonus and incentive arrangements in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Develop and iterate our job architecture, ensuring it always represents the way we are working
  • Create and deliver reward and pay insight that is relevant and easily understood, to inform the effectiveness of compensation programmes
  • Use broad external networks, market insight and continuous feedback to find innovative ways to deliver pay supported by transparent and simple frameworks and guidance
  • Work with key stakeholders to embed Net Zero into our pay and reward frameworks in a way that encourages continuous focus on our long-term goals

    Business Partnership
  • Leading inclusion within Reward, partnering with the People team. Lead to champion positive progress and deliver on local reporting requirements (e.g.Gender Pay) and any other diversity requirements as we grow.
  • Partner with our People Leaders and People Partner as the reward/job sizing subject matter expert to deliver successful organisation design, supporting our people partner and finance team to understand the true cost and sizing of proposed structures and job changes
  • Operate as the reward SME for all business transactions, M&A's or major business change programmes.
  • Partnering with Finance leadership to deliver seamless cost management for all elements of compensation

  • Confidence in your ability to collaborate closely with employees at all levels and to manage key partner relationships, both internal and external.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal & written communication skills
