BETA is seeking an organized, entrepreneurial individual to join our Public Affairs team to support BETA’s presence in the world. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the coordination and logistics of significant public affairs initiatives.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

Work cross-functionally to drive projects from inception to completion

Manage all aspects of events, including but not limited to: budgeting, logistics, communications, production (physical or otherwise), scheduling and post-event follow-up. Ensure correct Beta team members are on site. Identify and manage dependencies

Develop event schedule and agenda in collaboration with key stakeholders to build alignment with business priorities and executive vision.

Develop relationships with industry contacts to implement the creative and administrative aspects of events

Travel as needed for events

Minimum Qualifications we are seeking (your Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities):

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proven success at driving projects cross-functionally to support desired outcome

Track record of successfully executing on national and international events from inception to completion

Exceptional project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, events vendors and agencies

Ability to multitask and execute on several projects simultaneously

Creative and resourceful problem solving with attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining high attention to detail.
